One of the most popular treatments in Europe is available in Marbella. Endospheres (or Endospheres Therapy®) is an innovative development by Italian engineers. The technology is based on three techniques, that is, microcompression, microvibration, and Dr. Vodder’s method of manual lymphatic drainage.

The nozzle of the device consists of 50 small silicone spheres. Rotating at a frequency of 29 to 355 Hz, they create a vibration and microcompression effect. This has a powerful lymphatic drainage effect, prevents blood stasis, ensures lipolysis, and significantly improves skin quality.

How does it work?

Microvibration and compression act on the skin and deep-seated muscles, improving blood and lymph flow.
Swelling is reduced, excess fluid is drained from the tissues, and muscles are strengthened (including lifting the buttock muscles) all after the first treatment.
The pulses stimulate special mechanoreceptors in the skin (“Merkel particles”), which causes the breakdown of fatty acids and fibrous fibers.
